If she were mine: I would put the picked on chicken in a cage somewhere else in a hospital cage. Flock behavior is to kill any sick and weak birds. Sick and weak birds are a weak link and disease vector, a danger to a flock. This is how birds have survived since times of dinosaurs with hollow bones that are part of their respiratory system. I would treat the picked on hen in a hospital cage with apple cider vinegar and ground children's vitamins with minerals in her water, (has to be fresh made everyday (you can make a day's amount and refrigerate part of it) along with half a baytril tab (in her mouth) . I'd give the Baytril tab for 14 days and the vinegar and chidlren's vitamins with minerals for 3 weeks.
ACV 1 tsp and 4-6 ground children's vitamins with minerals, per quart of water. If you have worminator I would also worm her. Her immunity will be low leaving her open to skin and internal parasites.

The crop have been normal since Friday. After I emptied it and massaged the olive oil it seems fine. I ck it a few times a day. BUT they are picking on her terribly! Even the less aggressive one did! I think I may isolate them all from each other for a few days! I am really concerned . If the "sick" one (Frosty) were to die would the next lowest ranking one be picked on? I have had these hen since they were tiny chicks! They are over 2 years old! AND if this chicken thing isn't enough-one of my goats A 12 year old ND Jasper ,must have knocked off his spur sparring with the younger Riley! He was shaking and panting and when I went to him his head was bleeding! I will get some blue cote tomorrow !
