Look past the Dumor and check out the Sunshine stuff. It's not much more, only a dollar or two, and is better feed. Then give them leftovers to make up the meat protein. All this "vegetarian" chicken feed is strictly social influence, give them a piece of meat and watch what happens. Vicious little dinosaurs.
Got flies? Point the chickens at the maggots, which are simply fly larvae. They'll take care of your problem.
