As of current time; we have a fresh flock & starting a small duck flock
I was given 21; 2yr old RIR's; this week our flock until that time was 4 old hens; 2 roos;
2 young white chickens which I believe was 1 roo & 1 pullet
Plus 1 drake (Blake) & 2 duckings (apx 2+ mos old
I advertised in Craigslist to sell 10 hens (the old 4 girls & 6 of new one; plus one of the 2 roos,
& that I'd toss in the possible white roo as an extra; in less than 24 hrs I turned $90.00 &
a duck hen on the deal... So I'm a very happy camper; I have a lovely flock of 15 nice hens,
& a starter flock of 4 ducks....
If nothing happens; I should have eggs out the "Kazoo" this year...
