A few bad spots are OK.  A mass of yellow glob is not.
It it's starting to go on one end, the rest might be all right.
 
Warm and humid like this, bread goes fast once it starts.
Winter, a little mold on a slice might sit there for days.  Just throw throw the bad part out and give them the rest.
 
Depends, you know? 
Very little of what we call garbage will actually kill a chicken, unless it's the only stuff they have to eat.  Turn them loose and don't take pictures.  They'll head straight for the compost pile, manure pile, and garbage, and have an absolutely wonderful time going through it all! And be healthier then ever!
