Maybe offer them some crushed oyster shells or other supplemental calcium source?

OK, I have another oddity.
Every once in a while I get an egg with paper thin shell. It collapses in my hand.
I have 9 Rhode Island Reds, I feed them organic pellets and organic scratch.
I also give them greens from the garden, they have plenty of water, they have a dust bath area.
I get one about every 10 to 15 days.
Any ideas?
Thanks
