Gee! I wasn't aware you had no electricity & alone for 2 weeks.. Again I agree with everyone else. I would see if someone can either watch them or take them in while you're gone. In the winter I check on my birds at least twice a day. Check ASPCA, maybe they can direct you if you can't rehome.
