Wild hog is good! We are overrun with them here, but we trap em.

It was me. When you read the labels on all of the hams, they all have water added. If I hear of an area where there are wild hogs open to hunting, I may have to go after them, (from a tree stand). My parents liked it because it was low in salt and my father is severely salt restricted. I'm glad he liked it because my chickens would have gotten all of it! I have carrots to steam for my chickens yet today. All of the tiny ones I picked up from the ground after they were dug.
