HI!! This is me...I can't kill one of my chickens. I have two full size roosters and one tiny Serama. Can't let "Bluto" the Serama out with the other two roos. He is just way too little(Pepsi can size)..he has his own little hens that are "Friends with Benefits" with him LOL We have "Franklin"...he would ANYWAY attack our 4 year old granddaughter and me!!! Avery...she now carries a large bamboo stick and if he makes a move she "Busts a Move" on him!! LOL...I've noticed he(Franklin) is the dominant rooster. The other rooster "BIG RED" is a "Chicken"...CHICKEN!! LOL I took care of FRANKLIN...I knocked hm across the yard with a BROOM!! He leaves me a lone now. YOU MUST show him that you are DOMINANT!!!! Lock him up separate...and as soon as walks out of his pen whack him(not to hurt him) but show him you are the DOMINANT ONE!!! Kinda whack him*without hurting him( collateral damage) and kinda lift and throw him as far as you can with the big broom. Chase him down. I also notice when we have a stranger come see the birds they all start making that warning cry....like "Who in the heck is this stranger!!" ALSO....wear something other than a RED SHIRT.....they can see red.....it is like a warning to them like a Bull Fighter with a red cape. Put some vinegar in a spray bottle that quirts a hard straight stream mixed with water. Spray him right in the face!! ALSO..get another roo....a nice one...just ANOTHER SUGGESTION...keep the bad one penned up all alone for a month or two........let the new and nice one become "DOMINATE"...then let him out(bad one) and let the new roo beat the heck out of him. I did this recently with a bad roo and the new FREE and DOMINANT ROO beat the heck out of the TROUBLE MAKER!! No problems ANYMORE!! LAST RESORT(other than dumplings)...re-hone him. Long wInded Reply but maybe I can help!! THANKS! Mike Bernardoni
P.S. Get a roo like the one in the attached picture..that will take care of EVERYTHING!! LOL
