Welcome to the group.

I have about 12 Buff Orpingtons and I am very happy with them.  Very good egg production and the ones that went broody were very good mommas.

I also have 3 Black Australrops and about 12 Silkies and 3 new Naked Neck Silkies in the brooder.

 

Common sense is like deodorant. People who need it seldom use it.

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this group and new to raising chickens. I've joined other groups and found that some of the members are rude with their responses to the questions i have asked.

I'm a proud chicken mama to 4 girls. Two are eater eggers that are 13 weeks old and the other two are buff orpinton's that are 15 weeks old.

I'm looking forward in reading your posts and getting advice on how I can make sure I have healthy girls and eggs.
