Lori, The meat spot or speck of blood is ok, I take it out with my fingers and rinse it down it down the drain.

Occasionally I open an egg and find a small white 'glob' of something or a speck of blood.  Usually I try to remove the white particle, but I ignore the blood.  Is this what you all do?
