I do agree this is not propaganda. The humane society is more concerned with making animal law then rescuing animals.
The humane society was against peta and all they stood for. Now the president is an ex peta board member and they are using the humane society to get their laws passed! No thought the breeder law in texas would go threw. Now if you have more then 5 dogs the state has a right to come in inspect your property and take your animals without cause or complaint. More people need to be aware that this is going on.
