that would be a good choice. And as Cathryn mentioned, keep her seperate that will also solve the problem of the other ones getting a treatment which they don't.  I usually use antibiotics that come in pill form, it's easier to dose, I just wrap it into a small piece of soft bread and stick it far back into their mouth, that way I know they have the full dose and don't need to worry about mixing in into water and hoping they will drink enough to get enough of the medicinge. Pigeon supply outlets usually have pills and powders of various antibiotics and also all the regular places have fish antibiotics, those usually are capsules, so have to mix the powder from the capsule like Cathryn does with the feed "pills"
If you have injectable Tylan for your goats, I have used that for chickens and given it orally, some of mine will take it if I give them a few small pieces of bread and drizzle the Tylan on it, but it's very bitter, so for some I just drizzle it on bread and let it sit and dry out a bit for half hour then roll into balls and put those in their mouth.
