Good Morning Sam, Vents at the peaks or vents on top to vent the humidity from their breathing. You'd be amazed at how much water vapor is given off by their little bodies; in the winter that humidity has to have a release from the coop. I'd get vents that you can adjust. The humidity is why I recommended the sheet insulation along the inside roof. Mine in my huge main barn is tacked up with nails at an angle in case I want to removed them when I power wash the barn and repaint.
