Can you call the health department and report them. I think I would be calling them daily! A health hazard AND an eyesore!
In the meantime, keep your area as clean as possible and maybe scatter some of those wild predator deterrents such as coyote urine.

Long term solution is to make sure there are no food opportunities for the skunk. If you live close to others who don't adhere to this, it can be difficult, but make sure you don't feed any animals outside or leave water out. If food is easy, you'll find the opportunistic critters hanging around.
