Hi Peggy,
I have an old used hovabator that I am about to put some eggs in. It was running hot no matter what I did so I ordered a new replacement wafer which just arrived yesterday and it has now been keeping a steady temperature. There was some past evidence of mold on the styrofoam but I took it apart and thought I cleaned it up pretty good with soap & water (I read that I shouldn't use bleach or chemicals to clean it with). What will/might happen because of bacteria?
Jennie
