Welcome to the group. What part of central Ma do you live in? I'm in Ashburnham. I love letting my bantys free range and they have become so sweet and curious that one will hang out near us and even lay her eggs next to my Son-In-Law while he works in the garage. feed your birds treats and you'll be amazed at how friendly they become! Mine will come running from where ever they are when i call out "chicky chicky chicky" We have had some problems with hawks so now I have 9 standard eggs under one of my broody hens. I'm hoping that the hawks will be less tempted by the larger birds.__._,_.___
