I live in Rural Arkansas. Land here has no restrictions. There arent any leash laws even. So code enforcement? I can build my own house without any permits. This is one of the reasons I moved here. I guess I just have to deal with it. I am piling dead branxhes between my property and theirs to keep the trash from flying over. It has helped some. I also have 6 dogs. 4 rat terriers to keepoout the vermin and 2 pyranee crosses for the larger vermin.ie. coyote and human.So far so good. I am getting too old to have to go tromping through the woods cleaning up garbage. Thanks all for ltting me vent.

My first call would be to code enforcement, and the second would be to the health department. Then install the highest voltage electric fence that is legal.
