I have a fence around my property but they climb over it,if they can climb a tree they can climb over a fence I know this is true, unfortunately.
Well she is safe now and I made the decision to make her go into the coop, she didn't like it but I am the boss. lol
I will do this every night for sure.

Red fox are quite bold and will sit and wait within sight to snag a meal. Grey fox, on the other hand, are reclusive and you won't see them...they dine and dash, sight unseen. Same with coyotes.
Not sure what your situation is but I own a wildlife preserve and had to put up a fence to keep fox/coyote out for my birds. It was costly but money well spent...no more mammal predation. I also use secure lock up for everyone at night which is the worst time for predation.
With or without a fence, it's decided that guard dogs can be very effective.
