What a shame and such a colossal waste. When I had restaurants, everyone sacked up left over meat and veg and took it home to their dogs and livestock. Why toss perfectly good food that can be utilized into the dumpster?
Also, I was not fond of putting meat into my dumpsters for fear of attracting bears...I live in bear country. A few coons can be entertaining but having bears chowing down in the parking lot kind of deters customers ;)
