We have ordered from Ideal and McMurray and have never had a problem with either of them.

 

We usually get them the day after they are shipped (we are in California), but last time we got a batch from Ideal and it took two days - the chicks were fine when they arrived - not one DOA.

Sometimes things go wrong - they get a draft or a chill - but ususally we lose maybe two or three at most.
