[CHICKENS-101] Re: Baby birds on the way to me

Hi, Marilyn: My first thought is to keep the Silkies separate. Baby chicks sometimes pile up in a corner to sleep or when stressed. The little silkies could get mushed in a pig pile. They are outnumbered. Also there is the problem of pecking. Silkies have holes in their skulls, really. A peck in the wrong place would kill them. 6 silkies don't require a lot of space. Especially for the first few months
