Michelle, That had to be a sight to see, first the table then the tree! LOL! Catahoulas can be born bob tailed too...interesting. With so many traits in common, makes me wonder if somewhere they are related. Both Aussies and How did your Shepard save your life? Catahoulas are the kind of dog I would rather get as an adult trained or as a puppy that has been socialized, with their training started. Have to admit I'd like my puppy's tail docked when the tail is still cartilage, and given ointment and pills for pain. I am not into having tables cleared by tails either. Panhead is down to 2 female puppies, both are gorgeous. I decided to wait until the next litter so I can be home to train my puppy myself. Cathryn
Cathryn,
LOL.. Some Aussies are born w/out tails and the rest of the time for the most part breeders will dock their tails. Boy and I glad Jake has his docked. He gets all excited, if he had a tail everything in my house on my tables would be broke. He get's happy and his whole butt moves and twists. I may have to try to get a video of it and put it on my website. When I was a little girl we had the best German Shepherd and she stayed in the house. We lived in a small house and she was in there and dad said something to her she got up wagging her tail and cleared the coffee table and turned the Christmas tree over.. I miss her. If it werent for her I'd be dead. She was awesome.
Thanks,
Michele in WV
