I do not know if this will help, but we had 2 Buff roo's and one very big Leghorn Roo all in same coop, but with bout 18 hens, and never had any issues with the roo's. Now the hens were another story...... Erin   I have 6 hens, 1 rooster....I hatched out 3 hens, and 4 roosters.... .I kept them separate until about 2 weeks ago...I put the hens in with the others, but they are afraid to venture outside of the chicken coop...the roosters I kept in a separate area of the coop....but they have outgrown that area...tried to sell them but no takers.... IS IS SAFE TO LET THEM OUT NOW OR IS THE 1'ST ROOSTER GOING TO TRY AND KILL THEM? Thanks, goat granny
