Oh, sorry, I was going to email you and forgot. It was great. The first one we had for thanksgiving weighed about 12 pounds. Very moist. Hubby was very impressed. Going to try and get the other one in the freezer this week for Christmas. He is a bit bigger. Grandson and I were very impressed with ourselves for getting it done. I was looking into types for next year, if you are interested in the same deal? Where do you order from and I will check out their site.
