They should be just fine.
When it gets real cold here I put hay in the nest box for them to cuddle up in if they get too cold.

I noticed on my roo's comb the other day that some of his tips are black. I'm guessing this is frost bite. It won't hurt him will it? My coop is kind of crappy and doesn't hold much heat since the roof is damaged. I've tried to cover it as best as I can but won't get it sealed until I build a new coop. The sides are protected well from the wind and such and I thought they were ok until I saw his comb. The girls look fine. My coop has rafters so that is their choice of roost. I guess I could put some wire up across it so they can't get up there? Any suggestions appreciated!
