How would you keep the eggs cold while the raw eggs dried? The articles I read said that cooked then dried do not taste as good as raw dried. If the cooked dried eggs were used in egg burritos and dishes with seasonings it might cover up the taste difference.(?) Has anyone dried eggs and eaten them?

As much as I've dehydrated I've never thought about eggs. This is an interesting idea I am going to check into.
Did someone say dehydrate raw eggs?? Maybe I'm imagining but if that would work, I'm thinking you could make an egg powder with them.
