If her crop is impacted it will be hard and difficult to move,  like a lump.  Full crop has a more mushy feel to it.  You can try several things, massage, a few drops of veggie oil, a few drops of water.  You want to break it up and get the mass moving.  You can find more info in our archives and on google.   Susan

How do you tell if a crop is impacted vs just full? If the crop is impacted, what do you do about it?
