Sence you didn't say how you are hatching them, I'll answer from my experience from letting a guinea hen do the settin.
   We had our Ginny sittin on six eggs, two hatched on the 27-28 day, durin the night.  two more on the 29-30 day, again durin the night. and after we moved her to a create in the coop, from a nesting box. by the 31 day, she kicked out the two that didn't hatch. Time line is funny with guineas.
