It IS interesting.  I know that too much cottonseed meal is bad for chickens(can make eggs look rotten and/or yolks blotchy), actually it is not that good for them. According to research neither is soy and now scientists are researching if soy is harming rather than being good for us. I wish I could remember the show I saw it on. I am sticking to grains: wheat, oats, millet, and corn in that order, alfalfa, fish, and the vitamins and minerals they put in feed. Cathryn
