The wild ducks in Fenton do not bother to migrate.  People put food out and heated water dishes when the water freezes. Cathryn

This cracked me up!! I don't have any trouble getting the chickens to
eat new things. However, my ducks absolutely refuse to eat anything
that isn't their normal feed/treats!! I tried giving them some shredded
cheese - wouldn't touch it. Tried scrambled eggs - wouldn't touch it.
Go figure!! And here the wild ducks will eat anything thrown to them!!
Geesh. Spoiled. [:))]
