I'd get b complex dissolved in a cup of water along with 5 or so crushed children's vitamins, and get it in her. You can make it concentrated, add a tsp of sugar, give her drops, then add the rest to her water. Give her a 1/4 cup at a time if it is hot out to keep bacteria down in the water. Usually it is a vitamin deficiency. I'd also check the date on your bag of feed or/and change brands.

Subject: [CHICKENS-101] Help! Pullet limping with one atrophied foot
I noticed my little Americauna pullet laying down a lot. When I went to her she limped off. I immediately set up the "chicken hospital" carrier for her. When I checked her out the only thing I noticed is that one leg is a little atrophied. She had still managed to get to the top of the coop to their usual roost so she seems to be feeling ok. Vitamin deficiency?
