A rooster Does have a male part but it is very tiny. I forget what it is called but the hens sex organ is called the cloaca. and receives the sperm.

Another interesting fact is that the rooster does NOT have a male part. Something I just learned on another forum, that's why the female shakes after he mounts her, also the female can expel the sperm of one rooster if she likes another rooster more...lol
