That is true. They are either a cornish or a cornish cross. It's just young chicken not some exotic bird. Clever marketing on someone's part long ago though. Lol

Marla, I was told that the 'cornish rock game hens' (that can be purchased in the grocery) are 3 week old meat chickens and not a 'game' bird or a specific breed like some people think they are.

What say you?
