HI Laura, that reminds me of when i was a little girl. Our teacher organised a school trip to see cows being milked.

I loved it, coming from a town where you did not get to see much wild life.

We saw cows in feilds but did not actually relate it to a bottle of milk. 

This reminds me too that one teacher got us to grow some cress seeds on kitchen tissue and when they were grown enough she told us to bring in some bread & butter the next day. Then we made cress sandwiches & I was hooked I love cress on my salads.

That was about the only veg I would eat as a child. Jane & co
