I firmly believe it was everyone's support, kindness, and excellent advice to me that resulted in my getting a refund.  Thank you so much, you are the best!  KayJay decided to give me a refund.  I did everything you said to do, down to sending all emails that were sent privately to ebay.  Thank you so much.
