Subject: [CHICKENS-101] Baby Chick
I have a baby Iowa Blue Chick that hatched out on Wednesday night. My wife put it out in the brooder on Thursday and did not get the heat lamp close enough. When I came home yesterday the chick was pretty much out of it. I immediatly put in in the incubator to warm it up. Didn't figure it was going to live. It is still alive today and active but seems to be very unstable on its feet and almost acts like it has vertigo. Any hope here or should I put it down?
Thanks,
Randy
