[CHICKENS-101] Silkie questions

 

For those of you who have raised Silkie chicks: how soon can I start giving them a bath?  I would like to be able to do this when they are adults, so I am wondering how early I can start to get them used to it.

 

Also, one of my 3 chicks is a wild thing and really panics when we pick her up.  I'm going to try handling her more frequently, but does anyone have any other advice on  how to raise tame, cuddly birds?
