[CHICKENS-101] Cover crops for chickens

 

I am digging new garden beds that will be planted with a cover crop this season. Usually I plant a mixture of Rye and Vetch but wondering about other crops that would also provide food for my hens.  My ideas are buckwheat? or cowpeas? any other ideas? I don't have immediate plans for these new beds so would like to grow something that will feed my hens.
