Our Trixie is eggbound. My husband said she has two eggs in there. He spent some time trying to gently extricate with mineral oil. She was eggbound as of yesterday. We brought her in today after no luck with extrication, gave her a soak in a warm tub of water for 1/2 hour or so and put her in the pantry, safe and warm. So far, nothing. I know she is in pain and can't bear to watch it. Is there something more we can do? There is no vet around to help us with this - nobody in our area treats poultry except for large flock management. Thanks for any input!
