They ought to be safe this year, the gov. is on them. They are the ones that sold chicks infected with salmonella. Townline had problems with their stock for several years recently too, with something. I have no idea if it is cleared up because there is no way I'd chance my silkies.

Have you, or anyone ordered from Mt. Healthy? I got some nice chicks from them a few years ago. Most of my poultry lately has come from our poultry group or a local breeder. Think that is really the way to go because you can see how clean the area is that they are hatched and raised in. Susan
