Re: [CHICKENS-101] Question

There have been a number of instances in England in which foxes have attacked small children and infants.  Some in prams or strollers right in their yard, with parent just a few yards away, in at least a couple of cases, the fox came right into the house and tried to drag away a small child in bed or on a couch.  They figure there are thousands of foxes in London alone.

One of my egg buyers walked by today, and said she'd seen a red fox sitting near the coop early one morning, before I'd let the hens out.  Good thing those roosters are good at alarm calls (although I think I did lose one hen to a hawk a week or so ago).
