Quick get her on vitamins. If you have children's vitamins with minerals and b complex, grind up half a b complex tablet and 6-10 children's vitamins with minerals in a pint of water. Mix it all with the water or it will float; add a teaspoon of honey or sugar. Feed her drops and serve her water dish water the vitamin mix water. No more antibiotic. If you have red cell I'd mix 2 teaspoons in a pint with a tsp of sugar or honey. Feed her drops and make it her only water source. Faster she gets it the faster the higher chance her muscles will repair themselves and recover. It has to be mixed in water to work. Time is not on your side.

Subject: [CHICKENS-101] Need help with 1 year old hen
I have a hen who just last week started being unstable on her feet. Seems her left side is weaker than her right. She has no other symptoms, but frequently falls now. I have given Tylan 50 for 5 days now (1/2cc per day) and I still do not notice any change. She is eating and drinking just fine, poops are fine too. I have about a dozen other hens and no one else is affected by this. I have separated her from the flock.
Any ideas of what else to try?
