Sara, Is there a reason you have not bought dewormer and wormed her? Worms use up a chicken's nutrients and can cause lameness. Fresh garlic ground up and mixed in feed that your chickens will eat in 10-20 minutes may help with preventing worms. Once they ahve a worm load they need to be wormed. Twin City Poultry Supply has worminator that you only have to give once, or you can purchase wormer at any live stock supply company. Foods high in vitamin A does more to help a chicken develop immunity to worms than garlic and hot pepper.
I'd deworm then get her on b complex dissolved in her water along with vitamins. No vitamins while worming.

I have a five month old hen who suddenly developed weak feet. She can
lift herself and move around or take a step, but then falls. I have her
in a large pet carrier, separated from the others, and where she can
reach her food and water without struggling. What I found online is
that sometimes they may need deworming if they are having weak feet. I
don't have actual dewormer - have just been relying on garlic and hot
pepper in their water. But for now I have given her an extra dose of
garlic in her water, plus extra vitamins. Any other thoughts or
suggestions? She seems otherwise healthy, not in distress, is eating
