I even got a message a little while ago that said, "we're sorry, we don't understand what you want." All I was doing was reading a post...was not doing anything (navigating, etc)...infact, wasn't even touching the mouse or keyboard at all. Something is truly messed up! Their 'improvements' weren't very 'improving'...LOL!!!
