I haven't had a blocked crop to deal with yet. I think I remember some talk about using veg oil or something to help move stuff thru the crop along with the massage. Not sure why no one has told you to use oil yet though. I hope you can get it moving. He may be developing an infection from the impacted crop. Get it moving is the first step then you'll probably have to treat the infection.
