[CHICKENS-101] Dirt Baths

 

It's looking like it will be Spring before I get my run done for the house for the Silkies/Seramas.

Question. I am wanting to have a bathing area in their house, I'm thinking litter box size. - Some were in/outside birds before I moved them, so they were used to dirt baths. 

What do I put in it? Dirt, ashes - what kind?  We burn wood for heat.  No one has bugs or anything like that. I'm just trying to make them comfy.
