One of my Amber Links has been laying quite faithfully for several weeks now. I think she's only missed 2 days, both right at the very beginning. I believe the two Amber Links are a little over 5 months (plus two Leghorns at 4 months, and the 22 Barred Rocks--the "Rockettes" I got as day-olds--are 3 months). So it won't be *too* long before we are happily inundated! <g> Our neighbors are apparently counting the days until that happens and we have eggs to sell...
I saved up enough eggs to make a batch of my cupcake-sized breakfast quiches. Couldn't believe how much tastier it came out!
