I knew you'd fun with Cuddles and Roscoe; I'm happy that you are their chicken slave.

I'm afraid so, LOL. When she is on that egg, she turns into Chickenzilla.

Anita, Wee, teeny tiny Cuddles has decided she is a 3 ton hen, not a 10oz one? LOL!

I can understand the use of the decoy eggs, because when my outside hens
started laying, it was as if the fruit fell out of their butts wherever
and they kept walking on, like nothing happened. So I can see new hens
needing some "guidance" at first.
Broody hen Cuddles has earned the name of "Cobra Cuddles," since she has
done a lot of growling and pecking as if to say "flock off"to me and
even Roscoe, when he walks all over her. Cobra - I mean Cuddles - is
doing well, taking breaks then going right back to her eggie. During
this time, she still likes being picked up and loved on, then it is back
to brooding again. I hope to have some good news about the little one
by the end of the week.
