Depends on what sort of wire/netting you have over the windows and any ventilation holes (should be something like hardware cloth/rat-wire, strong and with small holes). Also check carefully for any TINY gaps in the floor and walls--critters like skunks can flatten themselves through unbelievably small spaces, and snakes don't need much room. Ideal situation seems to be having the coop a few inches off the ground so nothing can tunnel under and through the floor--plus if the chickens have room to get under, then in the daytime they have both shade and a hidey-place from aerial attack. If you have the small-mesh wire over the windows and no gaps anywhere else, then the coop is probably safe at night.
