even more reason to think it is contagious. You can treat this with an
antibiotic you can get at the feedstore, or if you have other livestock and
have antibiotics on hand, let us know what you have and we can make a
suggestion on what you could use. If you don't treat he will very likely
die just like the others. Once a chicken acts sick, you don't have time on
your side. You have to act quickly and provide some supportive care such as
keeping the sick one separate form the others and make sure they eat and
drink, if they don't eat and drink you can feed them something with a
dropper or tube way back down their throat. Also keep an eye out for any
others that start acting not quite right. You might have to treat all of
them, also may be a good idea to add some extra vitamins and protein to
their diet to maybe improve their overall nutrition
